Wintery Apple & Gin Cocktail

In need of an end of January celebration or pick me up? This mouth watering, wintery Apple and Gin cocktail, with a dash of cinnamon, really pip’s the spot.

Ingredients

• 4 oz Gin (we used Hyke Gin)

• 4 oz Sparkling Apple Juice (we used Flawsome's sweet & sour)

• 1 oz Lime Juice

• Pinch of cinnamon

• 2 Mint sprigs to garnish

• Straw (we used Stroodle’s) and Ice

Method

• Mix the Gin, Apple Juice, Lime Juice and Cinnamon in a cocktail shaker

• Add ice and shake vigorously

• Fill two glasses

• Using a strainer, pour the cocktail into the glasses and garnish with sprigs of mint

• Enjoy with a packet of our crunchy apple crisps
